An indulgent, guided tasting where exceptional wines meet artisanal cheeses. Bel Lago Winery partners with The Cheese Lady to bring forward a pairing experience rooted in balance, texture, and discovery—where every pour and every bite is chosen with purpose.
A curated lineup of five Bel Lago wines—Auxerrois Reserve, Dry Gewürztraminer, Semi-Dry Riesling, Pét-Nat, and Teroldego—each expressing its own character in the glass. Alongside, seven thoughtfully selected cheeses designed to elevate, contrast, and reveal something new in every pairing.
