Step back in time as you explore the evolution of bourbon, from its early days to its modern craftsmanship. The evening will feature a guided tasting that delves into the rich heritage and unique flavor profiles of the Old Forester collection.
Guests will have their choice of two distinct tasting experiences:
A Neat Pour Flight: Sample five unique expressions from the Old Forester Whisky Row series, each telling a different chapter of bourbon's history.
A Whiskey Cocktail Flight: Enjoy five expertly crafted cocktails, each designed to highlight the versatility and character of Old Forester bourbon.
This immersive tasting will be perfectly paired with a five-course dinner, meticulously created by the acclaimed chefs of Lighthouse Restaurant and Meraki Hospitality Group. Each course is designed to complement and enhance the notes of the spirits, creating a truly harmonious sensory experience.
