For one special evening, Meraki Hospitality Group's Culinary Director Michael Lanzerotte returns to where it all began.
Join us in the Lighthouse Atrium for a French Wine Dinner inspired by the legendary Carlos’ Restaurant of Highland Park, IL and the pivotal experience that first inspired Chef Michael to put on an apron and dedicate his life to the culinary arts.
For this deeply personal dinner, Chef Michael will bring the original recipes that shaped his earliest culinary ambitions back to life, honoring the flavors, techniques, and experience that helped set the course for his career.
The evening will unfold through six courses, each paired with a classic French wine selected to complement the menu and bring the experience together.
