Bourbon at Golden Hour: A Hard Truth Whiskey Dinner
Join us in the Atrium on Thursday, October 22, for an exclusive multi-course dining experience celebrating the bold flavors of Hard Truth Distilling Co. of Nashville, Indiana.
Known for its commitment to quality and grain-forward distilling methods, Hard Truth has earned a reputation for its distinctive sweet mash rye and bourbon whiskeys. For one evening, Chef Josh McMillan has created a custom multi-course menu designed around the character of each featured pour.
Throughout the evening, guests will experience a curated selection of Hard Truth whiskeys, paired course by course with seasonal dishes created to complement notes of oak, caramel, spice and more. Guided tastings will offer a closer look at the spirits, the distilling process and the stories behind each pour.
The evening unfolds in the Atrium as the sun sets over Cedar Lake, bringing together Indiana whiskey, inspired cuisine and panoramic waterfront views for a special fall dining experience at Lighthouse.
