Chef Elise Landry, renowned for her Cajun-inspired cuisine at Olympia's Chicory Restaurant and winner of Chopped: Next Generation, brings her culinary expertise to Gaston for a special event. Raised in Kansas City with deep Cajun roots, she spent her childhood around bbq’s, jambalaya, and crawfish boils. Given Elise's background and Bree’s childhood in Australia the two were fast friends. We’re excited to invite Elise and Adam to share the cultural comfort foods and open fire cooking here at Limited Addition wines in Gaston, we’ll be hanging out all afternoon!.
