Cooking over fire in the dark of winter is one of our favorite rituals, and this December, we’re gathering around the cauldron for something special.
Join Kelly Cox of House of Creature — producer and host of the PBS Food series The Original Fare — for an afternoon of cassoulet (from beans grown on her farm), storytelling, and slow-fermented vinegars. Kelly will be cooking cassoulet over the fire and sharing her new line of vinegars made from Limited Addition Wines.
