In-person workshops are back!
During this 2 hour session, participants will learn how to prepare a quiche from mixing and rolling out the dough )a short-crust pastry/pâte brisée), to blind baking the crust, to learning about the custard (royale sauce) and different fillings that can be used. There will be plenty of hands-on (and eating!) time in our kitchen. Participants will prepare and bake their quiche from start to finish and will bring it home. While the quiche is baking, participants will have a short baking demo of one of our favorite products.
This class is open to adults, 18 and over. This workshop takes place at 257 Essex Street.
