Rochester's only urban winery, founded by husband and wife team Sebastian [a six-generation winemaker from Adelaide, South Australia] and Colleen [a Rochester, NY native] Hardy. We source grapes from a number of growers, including both of our families, and focus on rich whites and sparklings in the Finger Lakes and vibrant reds in South Australia.
