Some places on our 35-acre regenerative farm were never meant for large gatherings.
They were meant for twenty-four.
Each Friday, we invite a small circle of guests to discover one of the hidden corners of Locavore—a woodland deck overlooking the prairie, a secluded garden, a quiet meadow, or another beautiful place rarely seen by the public. The location remains a surprise until the evening unfolds.
No two Hidden Tables are ever the same.
Each experience is inspired by the season's harvest, the chef's creativity, and the unique group gathered around the table. Every detail is intentionally curated—from the setting and music to the menu, pairings, storytelling, and hospitality.
Your evening begins with a handcrafted welcome cocktail and seasonal bites before we wander together through the farm to our secret destination. Along the way, you'll experience the gardens and landscape that shape the meal to come.
Once seated, you'll enjoy a thoughtfully paced, multi-course dinner prepared by one of Locavore's guest chefs or culinary collaborators, accompanied by carefully selected wine and cocktail pairings that celebrate the flavors of the season.
Because only twenty-four guests are welcomed each evening, the experience is deeply personal. After booking, you'll receive a brief guest profile where you can share favorite foods, meaningful memories, celebrations, dietary preferences, and the small details that make hospitality memorable. Whenever possible, our chefs and team weave those stories into the evening through thoughtful touches that make every gathering feel distinctly its own.
