With General Manager Ryan Sathre’s expertise as a Sommelier and Executive Chef Michael Dalton's passion for seasonal, culinary crafted cuisine, this curated wine dinner will immerse guests in the flavors of both land and water.
On this special evening, Chef Michael Dalton presents a five-course menu, each thoughtfully paired with six exceptional Grgich Hills wines. From the iconic Chardonnay to bold Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon, every sip and bite is designed to elevate the experience and transport guests to the rolling vineyards of Napa Valley. Guests will also enjoy insider insights into Grgich Hills’ winemaking philosophy and heritage, bringing each pairing to life through story and flavor.
