Cave Spring Vineyard and Loondocks Restaurant are thrilled to announce a premium five-course collaborative tasting dinner, bringing the renowned terroir of the Beamsville Bench directly to Burlington.
The event will feature a meticulously crafted five-course menu designed by Loondocks’ Chef/Owner Kevin Duynstee, with each dish paired with exceptional, sustainably produced VQA wines from Cave Spring Vineyard.
Guests will enjoy an intimate dining experience as Cave Spring’s celebrated Head Winemaker and Viticulturist, Gabriel (Gabe) Demarco, will be on-site for the evening. Gabe will personally pour the wine selections, share the stories behind Cave Spring’s innovative wild-fermentation techniques, and chat with guests throughout the night.
