Each Sunday, we offer a casual dinner built around a different theme, almost like a pop-up. On this Sunday, we'll take our cues from California cuisine, borrowing some notes from Eric's time in San Francisco. Expect fresh, vibrant flavors perfect for a Sunday Supper in May.

Diced tuna. Tamari shoyu. Avocado. Shiso. Radish.
TAGLIATELLE W. MORELS & PEAS
Fresh cut pasta. Morels. English peas. Parmesan cream sauce.
ROAST CHICKEN W. BREAD SALAD
Inspired by Zuni Cafe in San Francisco.
½ roast chicken (per 1-2 guests). Panzanella w. chicken jus, champagne vinaigrette, local salad greens, pine nuts and scallions.
BUTTERED TURNIPS
Inspired by Chef Alice Waters’ classic recipe. Local hakurei turnips. Browned butter. Fines herbs.
FRANGIPANE TARTLETS
Buttery tartlet shell. French almond cream. Toasted almond.
