Join us to watch a live butchering demonstration on how to break down a side of Berkshire Pork by Chef Tony and Master Butcher Eamon (formerly of Hudson and Charles as well as The Meat Hook). Your ticket includes some charcuterie, tastes of pasta, Q&A with the chefs and a glass of Lambrusco. Once the Demo is over you will be able to purchase cuts right off the table to take home.
