Lumikha from its root word “to create” is the intentional genesis of such a concept where Filipino cuisine is explored. With a degustation format serving unique dishes to learn how such cuisine was created distilling from the Spaniards, from the Malays, the Chinese from the north or from Indonesians as our southern neighbors, and even from the Americans with their short stint of stay in the Philippines.
We are currently building our brick and mortar and plan to open soon.
