This family estate acquired in 1975 by Stefano Aymerich & his wife Beatrice Lucangeli is located in Cingoli within the Marche region. This small town has a perfect climate for growing Verdicchio with good sun exposure & cooling winds. This incredible estate has been passed down to their niece, Ondine de la Feld, who like her uncle & Aunt continues with the passion to produce quality Verdicchio in this region. One of Ondine’s first decisions was to farm all of their vineyards organically. Beginning with the 2019 vintage they are officially certified organic. Marches, an eastern Italian region (one of the twenty), sits between the Apennine Mountains and the Adriatic Sea. Ancona, its capital, is a port city on the Riviera del Conero, an area with sandy coves, limestone cliffs and medieval villages. Chef Adam Siegel will feature six-courses of regional dishes that pair beautifully with both white and red selections from Tavignano’s collection.
