Stephan Asseo, owner and winemaker at L'Aventure Winery, began making wine in 1982, following his education at L'Ecole Oenologique de Macon, Burgundy, France. Since then he honed his craft into an artisan winemaker and searched the world on a quest for great terroir. In 1992, his family immediately fell in love with Pasa Robles rolling topography, calcareous soils, and renowned Templeton Gap of maritime influences. Chef Siegel has been such a great fan of these wines over the years and their suitability to his cuisine, that this will be the forth wine dinner celebrating the pairing! We look forward to you joining us for an evening of great L’Aventure wines and exquisitely prepared cuisine.
