Introducing Demo & Dinner with Adam. James Beard award winning Chef Siegel will open his kitchen to teach guests the skills & ingredients needed to create Risotto di Funghi - Classic Mushroom Risotto. Following the cooking demonstration, guests will be served a three course dinner, including the Risotto appetizer, paired with two wines. Our sommelier, Chris will be on hand to discuss the wine pairings. This event will have limited seating.

Olive oil cake with lemon with mascarpone cream and rosemary-mint ice cream
