We’re bringing Chicago’s Chef Paul Virant of Gaijin to Lupi & Iris for a special one-night-only pop-up!
Known for his bold, Japanese-inspired take on okonomiyaki, Chef Virant combines traditional Japanese techniques with his own creative Midwestern style. Gather around the table & enjoy the dinner family-style at communal tables—a lively evening of great food, shared plates & the chance to experience Chef Virant’s cooking right here at Lupi & Iris.
