Our Sips & Sandos experience pairs a selection of our bright, elegant Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs with Japanese-inspired sandwiches and snacks. A cult favorite originating from Japan, these “sandos” are made with shokupan, an ultra-soft, cloud-like milk bread, and provide a perfect canvas for both savory and sweet fillings.
Important tasting experience notes:
• Tasting Fees: $85 per person
• A $10 credit card hold (per person) will be placed at the time of booking to secure the reservation. All tasting and applicable charges will be processed when the party arrives onsite.
• A $10 no-show fee will be charged per person for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation time.
