Maison la Belle Vie means “House of Beautiful Life”, and this winery encompasses this expression – beautiful ambiance, beautiful surroundings, and of course, beautiful wine. Nicholas and Holly fell in love with the property, with the atmosphere, beauty and wines at Maison La Belle Vie on their first trip down to Palisade from Denver. After joining the wine club and coming down every few months to pick up their wine, they decided to make the leap and acquired the property in 2021.

Wine tastings are available from open to close and do not require a food reservation, limited food options will be available for a wine tasting reservation.
Lunch walk-ins are welcome from open until 5:00 PM, based on availability.
From May through the end of September, food service after 5:00 PM, Thursday through Sunday, requires a reservation. This helps our kitchen and service team provide a smooth, timely, and elevated dining experience for each guest during our busiest season.

Reservation Policy
Reservation Hold & Late Arrivals
We will hold your table for 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time.
After 15 minutes, your reservation may be released to accommodate other guests, and seating is not guaranteed.
Full Party Required
All guests must be present to be seated. If some of your party is delayed, we’ll seat you once the full party has arrived, as availability allows.
Dining Time Limits
To ensure we can welcome all guests with great service:
Parties of 1–8 guests have a 2-hour dining time limit.
Parties of 9 or more guests have a 3-hour dining time limit.
Dining times begin at your reservation time, not your arrival time.
Extended Time & Private Use
If you need more time than the standard seating, an advanced reservation is required.
A venue fee will apply, with a minimum venue fee of $250 added to the reservation.
Credit Card Holds, Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Some reservations require a credit card hold. If your reservation includes a card hold:
Late cancellations are cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation time.
No-shows include parties who do not arrive, or who arrive after the 15-minute hold window and cannot be accommodated.
For late cancellations or no-shows, your card may be charged the applicable fee as stated in the booking terms.
Need to Change or Cancel?
Please modify or cancel your reservation more than 48 hours in advance to avoid any applicable fees.
Running Late?
If you’re running behind, please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but accommodations depend on availability and service flow.
