The Spring Cellar Table — Farm Fest Pairing Dinner
Welcome spring at Maison La Belle Vie with a luxe five-course Farm Fest dinner inspired by late-April and May harvest favorites—spring herbs, asparagus, peas, carrots, and market greens—crafted to elevate two of our most expressive reds: Maréchal Foch and Petit Verdot.
Expect a warm, intimate pace, thoughtful plating, and a menu built for pairing—from earthy, savory opening notes to a bold main course. Guests will choose their entrée: our signature pork osso buco or a deeply satisfying vegetarian king oyster mushroom “osso buco”, both finished with spring gremolata and designed to shine alongside Petit Verdot. The evening concludes with a decadent chocolate finale paired with Vin de Noix.
Five Courses:
• Mushroom duxelles crostini — paired with Maréchal Foch
• Charred asparagus & pea shoot salad with goat cheese mousse — paired with White Blend
• Warm lentils, roasted baby carrots, crispy spring onion — paired with Palisade Pillar
• Entrée (choose one):
1. Pork osso buco with creamy polenta, garlicky greens, red-wine jus & spring gremolata — paired with Petit Verdot
2. Vegetarian king oyster mushroom “osso buco” with creamy polenta, garlicky greens, porcini-red wine jus & spring gremolata — paired with Petit Verdot
