The evening features our Winemaker’s Pull: a surprise taste of a freshly made, unreleased current vintage, introduced with a brief cellar note from our team.

• Emerald Orchard Ribbon Orb: Granny Smith + orchard fruit ribbons, mascarpone rosette, pistachio crumble & warm apricot-honey glaze
