For one day only, we're opening the cellar doors and inviting you behind the scenes for Cellar Dwellers—an immersive, hands-on winery experience led by Malivoire's Director of Winegrowing, Shiraz Mottiar.
Explore the hidden corners of the winery during harvest season and experience the sights, sounds, aromas, and energy that make this one of the most exciting times of year at Malivoire. Taste wines straight from tanks and barrels, sample fermenting wines in progress, and try your hand at real cellar work, including pump-overs, barrel stirring, and more.
From the crush pad to the barrel cellar, you'll discover how wine evolves from grape to glass while gaining access to spaces and stories rarely shared with guests.
The experience concludes around communal tables in the Wine Theatre with a guided tasting of finished wines—including a special Library selection—paired with artisan cheeses specially curated by Cheese Tango.
