Join Chef Geno Bahena, the culinary force behind Manchamanteles, for an immersive instructional cooking experience rooted in the richness, technique, and tradition of Mexican cuisine.
This chef-led master class blends guided demonstration with optional guest participation, allowing attendees to learn directly from Chef Geno as he shares his methods, recipes, and culinary perspective. Guests are invited to volunteer for select techniques—such as frying chiles and assisting with key preparation steps—while engaging through observation, discussion, and hands-on moments throughout the experience.
Designed for guests who appreciate learning in an intimate setting, this experience offers both education and indulgence.
At the end of the class, guests sit down together to enjoy dinner featuring the mole they prepared, followed by dessert.
