The Marble Room Wine Dinner Series is proud to present our next special event! Please join us for a six-course tasting menu in our luxurious Vault. Guests will be enjoying beautifully crafted wines from the Davies Vineyards and Schramsberg, hosted by winemaker Hugh Davies!
In 1972, Nixon toasted peace with China over a glass of Schramsberg. Not Champagne. A California sparkling wine made by a family in Napa Valley.
Hugh Davies was born into that family. Today he runs the winery, and he’s coming to Marble Room to pour it himself.
Six courses. Schramsberg’s celebrated sparkling wines alongside Davies Vineyards’ single-vineyard Pinots and Diamond Mountain Cabernets, tasted side by side. The evening closes with the J. Schram - 95 points, Wine Enthusiast Editor’s Choice in two expressions.
