Somm Sessions at The Farm is a curated, sommelier-led educational tasting experience designed to deepen your understanding of wine in a relaxed, engaging setting. Led by Sommelier and Director of Hospitality Ian King, each session explores a focused theme through guided tasting and discussion.
Guests will build practical tasting skills while exploring food and wine pairings, learning a step-by-step approach to tasting, and developing the foundations of blind tasting. Sessions also cover key grape varieties, highlight the diversity of Washington State’s AVAs, and feature both vertical and horizontal tastings. Over time, participants will gain the confidence to identify stylistic and regional characteristics in wine.
