This month, we're opening E.H. Taylor, Jr. Four Grain, a 100-proof Kentucky straight bourbon featuring corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. It's a distinctive expression from one of bourbon's most respected names, and we'll be pouring it by the ounce for the evening.
