Chef Aitor Garate Berasaluze presents a curated tasting menu of seasonal dishes and specialty items that showcase the region’s distinctive gastronomy—including the famous Cinco Jotas ham and a creamy Basque cheesecake. The prix-fixe dinner will always be comprised of eight courses but dishes and ingredients will change every week based on seasonality, availability and freshness.
This exclusive dinner at LUR at Time Out Market is $65 per guest ( a 20% service charge will be added). Beverage pairing may also be added for a full experience. There are only 12 seats available each Friday. Dinner starts promptly at 7:30pm.
