This may be California wines best kept secret . A special region with traverse geography (East-West Mountains) allowing cool Pacific air to funnel inland. The combination of mountain side vineyards + cool breezes produce complex wine with acidity + elegant fruit.
Expect Chardonnay (GREAT California Chardonnay), Pinot Noir + Syrah, but be prepared for a few curve balls for this class that kicks off the 2026 Somm Camp Series!
