【A Rare Evening with Chef Yasuhiko Mitani】 On Sunday, September 20, Chef Yasuhiko Mitani will personally take his place behind the counter at MITANI New York for a special one-day seating. Limited to just six guests. Please see below for details and reservations. ** We have started accepting reservations for October! ** The reservations are typically two months in advance. 【Reservation & Cancellation Policy】 A deposit of $700 per guest is required at the time of booking and will be charged to the credit card provided. All menu prices include service gratuity. Applicable sales tax related to the deposit will be collected at the restaurant on the day of your visit. We kindly ask that any changes to your reservation, including the date or number of guests, be made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation are non-refundable, and the full deposit amount will be retained. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late are kindly requested to contact us in advance. Reservations may be released without notice if we are unable to reach you. Should guests choose additional items or beverages beyond the reserved experience, any remaining balance will be settled at the restaurant. 【Dining Guidelines】 Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking or at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. To preserve the dining environment, we respectfully request guests refrain from wearing strong fragrances or arriving after smoking.
