Roll into a world of flavor with Chicago’s first interactive, hands-on Omakase dinner! Whether you're a sushi newbie or a seasoned roll master, this class is perfect for anyone looking to sharpen their skills or simply have some fun with friends. Dive into the art of sushi as Momotaro’s Head Sushi Chef, Keisuke Ito, guides you through the essentials—from mastering the perfect rice to slicing fresh fish and rolling your very own sushi creations.
This intimate experience will be held on Saturday, November 16th and Saturday, December 14th at Momotaro (820 W. Lake Street). Choose between two seating times (5pm and 8pm). Wine, sake, and cocktails will be available for purchase à la carte.

1st Course- Red Crab Tofu Salad
Grilled tofu, apple, myoga, sesame sauce
2nd Courser- Sashimi “carpaccio style”
Kampachi, shiso chimichurri, endive
3rd Course- Nigiri Zushi
Chefs seasonal nigiri
4th Course- Makimono
Tempura shrimp, Tamago, cucumber, spicy tuna
5th Course- Temaki
Handroll Grilled Sablefish, seasonal truffle
6th Courser- Omakase Amaimono
