On Tuesday, November 19, Mon Ami Gabi Executive Chef David Koehn and team welcome S.K.Y. Executive Chef Stephen Gillanders to the bistro for an evening of culinary collaboration. In anticipation of S.K.Y. 's upcoming opening in the Belden-Statford, guests can experience a combination of Chef Koehn’s dedication to classic French technique with Chef Gillanders’ focus on modern, global cuisine.
The evening begins at 6:30 PM with passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated dinner at 7:00 PM. The five-course menu includes dishes like Comté and Black Truffle Fondants, Caramelized Sea Scallops, and Confit Pork Belly Pave, with paired beverages served alongside each course. Tickets are available for $125, plus tax (and 20% gratuity). Join the Mon Ami Gabi and S.K.Y. teams for this one-night-only event celebrating Chef Gillanders' return to the Belden Stratford building and the budding “amitié” between the two restaurants.
