Come join us for a morning of wellness and relaxation. Starting at 10am with our 1.8 mile wine hike followed by an hour of yoga in our beautiful vineyard led by Helen Noviello. It will conclude with a wine tasting and lunch at our Trattoria di Montaluce. On September 23rd, we will include a guided Autumn Equinox meditation for the equinox.
