Ever wondered what it’s like to be a winemaker? Now’s your chance! Join us at Mousse Sparkling Wine Co. for a hands-on experience where you’ll disgorge, blend, and personalize your own bottle of traditional method sparkling wine.
Led by owner & winemaker Josie Boyle, this interactive session takes you behind the scenes to taste, learn, and craft your perfect bottle. Dry or sweet? Brut or extra brut? You make the call!
What’s Included:
🍾 Winery Tour – A behind-the-scenes look at our sparkling winemaking process.
🍾 Guided Tasting & Education – Learn about the traditional method and taste several different examples.
🍾 Hands-On Blending – Learn about the disgorgement process, then add your own dosage, and personalize it with your own label.

Pricing:
- General Public: $35 per person plus $50 per bottle to take home (Bottle Club members: $25 per person plus $50 per bottle to take home) - includes wine samples throughout the class, educational session and tour. Choose the number of bottles you'd like to blend and take home when you register.
-Add a Guest: If you'd like to bring a guest without adding an additional bottle to blend, tickets are $35 for General Public ($25 for Bottle Club Member guests) - includes wine samples and educational session/tour but does not include a bottle to take home
