Although our winter has been mild, spring has officially arrived. The days are longer. The temperature is rising. And the first tastes of spring are in season. The team at Mr. B’s – A Bartolotta Steakhouse – Brookfield is excited to toast the change in season by inviting you to join us at our Spring Lamb and Goat dinner with pairings from local Wisconsin brewery – 3 Sheeps Brewing Company, based in Sheboygan.
In a short period of time, 3 Sheeps Brewery Co. quickly flourished to be one of the best breweries in a state overflowing with fantastic beer. The brewery's success is tied to its dedication to pushing boundaries with ingredients and techniques that others are afraid to use. Their belief is that the best beer you can drink is one you enjoy, and it’s even better if you didn’t see it coming.
Executive Chef Amanda Langler has created a five-course menu highlighting one of the first tastes of spring – lamb and goat – to pair with selected brews from 3 Sheeps Brewery Co. Each course is perfectly paired to create a balanced flavor that complements each other. Julianna Pierandozzi from 3 Sheeps Brewery Co. will explain the beer pairings and the history of the brewery.
