A Bartolotta Steakhouse in Brookfield is excited to partner with a local brewery, Fermentorium Brewery, for an exciting evening to shut down the restaurant for a five-course food and beer-paired dinner on Thursday,
March 14.
Fermentorium Brewery was founded by Kristopher Volkman in 2016 in historic Cedarburg, WI, which serves 24 beers on tap. Kristopher began experimenting and brewing beer as a hobby in his home, but his passion quickly grew into what is now Fermentorium Brewery. Fermentorium Brewery’s success is attributed to its flagship brew Juice Packets, an unfiltered IPA packed with citrus-forward hops.
Chef de Cuisine Nick Aprahamian has curated four dishes to be savored this evening, each paired with a Fermentorium Brewery beer. We will also have a special guest chef, Justin Aprahamian - Sanford Executive Chef and James Beard Award Winning Chef - preparing a dish to complement one of the beer pairings. Matt Aprahamian, Lead Brewer at Fermentorim Brewery, cousin to Chef Nick Aprahamian, and brother to Justin Aprahamian, will also be in attendance to share the beer pairings that will be enjoyed.
