Please join us for an afternoon of Italian wine tasting and discussion featuring our friend and special guest, Justin Naylor, of Old Tioga Farm.
Produced and enjoyed around the world, sparkling wines are varied and diverse from country to country and even region to region. Join us for stops in Italy, France, Germany, and Spain to explore the differences that make each wine unique.
A wine autodidact and connoisseur, Justin has traveled extensively and is passionate about sparkling wines. He offers insight on method and history of each producer, varietal, and region.
The tasting includes five diverse sparkling wines from MVD's wine list paired with special menu items, created for the event by MVD Owner and Chef Val Sartor, to illustrate the beauty of pairing food with wine. The tasting is designed with beginners in mind, but even those well-versed in wines and their production will surely enjoy the experience.
