The next My Friend Fernando supper club features a collaboration with Eric Chow of Astranda Bakery.
The collaborative menu will bring together the influences of both chefs through Mexican flavors and ingredients with Asian and French influence, and a great deal of savory and sweet pastry components.
Dinner will be six courses with beverages included, seating is casual, intimate and communal.
Eric Chow started Astranda Bakery as a pandemic pop up in September 2020, delivering pastries all over SF. While these days, Eric is mainly known as a baker, he has actually spent most of his career cooking savory food. Eric got his start as a cook working in kitchens in and around Boston after finishing music school. Later he moved to SF to work at Bar Tartine, The Perennial, and Bar Agricole, with a two year stint at Tartine Bakery in between. A true technician, his food is always well tested and precise.
Due to the large amount of menu components being pastry forward we cannot accommodate dairy free and gluten free dietary restrictions. However, vegetarian and food allergies will be accommodated.
N/A beverage pairing upon request.
Price is inclusive of service.
