At NBCC Moncton, our hands-on student dining service is a key part of their learning journey, evolving each year based on curriculum needs and student engagement.
We typically begin in late October or early November with International Lunches, followed by a possible Christmas-themed event supporting a local charity. In the new year, we offer Bistro-style lunches, breakfast service, and our Bean & Brew Coffee Shop at various times, with evening dining experiences in March and April.

Happy New Year, Welcome back to Dining Room 1234.
We have opened the reservation for the Brasserie for six lunches in January on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will feature the Bean & Brew coffee shop in Dinning room 1234 on February 3,4,11,12. No reservations required for this event. An update on the students and dining room service. We have a lower enrolment of students in the hotel restaurant program; thus we have limited the seats available for lunches and evening service. We have also removed the Tuesday evening service for the gastronomic evening events. The Tock system will NOT open for evening reservations until sometime during the last week in February.

We are delighted by the overwhelming enthusiasm for Dining Room 1234, our limited seating restaurant. To help ensure a smooth experience, here are a few helpful booking tips:
• Please select your preferred table size from the available options; we do not have tables for eight guests.
• Kindly honor your reservation time, as we book in 30-minute increments. Arriving early or late can affect service flow and impact our students’ learning experience.
• Due to our limited number of evening dining events, we kindly ask that guests book only ONE, as the menu remains the same for all Trattoria and Gastronomic nights.
• If you need to cancel, please do so by noon through the TOCK Reservation System so we can offer the table to another guest.
