We will pour highly acclaimed Pinot Noirs and serve special gastronomique creations from Chef Randy in this 3-course dinner and class. In this class, hosted by Sommelier Kim Aziz-Withers, you will learn the versatility of Pinots and how they can shape your palate paired with pork.
First course:
Maple glazed pork belly with apple slaw & maple reduction
Second Course:
Roasted pork tenderloin with prosciutto wrapped asparagus, Pinot Noir poached Pink Lady apples, chorizo vinaigrette, curry yogurt
Third Course:
Basque cheesecake with green apple and caramel sauce
