Trained under renowned master sushi chef Takashi Saito, Chef Endo has earned international acclaim for his restaurant, Sushi Ebisu Endo—now among Tokyo’s most difficult reservations to secure, often booked months in advance.
Celebrated for blending traditional Edomae sushi techniques with a refined modern sensibility, Chef Endo will present a fresh, multi-course omakase experience prepared just steps from the sushi counter at our Estate. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from our cellar, creating an intimate evening that celebrates extraordinary sushi, curated wines, and culinary artistry.
Two dinner seatings are available for this exclusive experience: 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Seating is extremely limited, with only 16 guests accommodated per seating. Pricing is fully inclusive and reflects the experience offered at Chef Endo’s celebrated Tokyo restaurant.
