This summer, Niwa travels beyond the city.
On Saturday July 25th, we invite you to join us at Hazelmere for an intimate dinner on the farm — eating where it grows, amongst the fields.
We've been working with Naty at Hazelmere Organic farm from the Ugly Dumpling days, and always dreamed of hosting something with her. We've visited the farm, picked plums and cherries, and hung out under the trees. It's a magical property and we're looking forward to sharing some of its magic with you. Chef Darren will cook directly on the farm, building the menu around whatever is at peak that day, shared family-style in Niwa fashion. Truly - farm to table. A beverage pairing highlighting the craft sake and wines we love will be on offer, as well as a select few bottles.
