Join us this autumn for a guided tour of our hidden woodland and discover a stunning variety of mushrooms. From the delicious maitake to the vibrant amethyst deceiver and the toxic death cap, we'll explore some of the incredible species of mushrooms that thrive around us and learn about their importance in folklore, medicine, and food.
After your tour, enjoy a fireside sumptuous seasonal meal created by Professional MasterChef Winner Dan Merriman featuring many of the ingredients you'll have identified, cooked over an open fire in a picturesque woodland clearing surrounded by a breathtaking array of autumn colours.
Our menu can be adapted for vegans.
