This August, Nomadic Dinners joins forces with Devil's Corner — the boldly crafted, cool-climate wines of Tasmania's wild East Coast — for a feast that plays with fire in every sense.
Arrive at 6pm to sparkling wine and canapes beneath our giant oak tree. As the light fades and flames rise, take your seat for a menu built around the ancient art of over-fire cooking: mezze to share, a considered starter, a showstopping main, and a dessert worth lingering over — each course paired with wines that have earned their edge from one of the world's most unforgiving coastlines.
Includes sparkling wine on arrival, canapes, three glasses of Devil's Corner wine with your meal, and a signature feast.
