Begin your morning with wellness in mind and join the Oak Bay Beach Hotel for Sunrise Yoga on the Seaside Gardens Terrace. Yoga classes are offered twice a week from May until the end of September, and are taught by Tina Lyons. Teaching yoga for over 10 years, Tina offers a breath-focused Hatha/Vinyasa style of yoga suitable for all yogis.
Drop-in classes are 60 minutes in duration, we recommend arriving a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your class. Upon arrival, guests will receive complimentary bottled water and sanitized yoga mats to use during the class. We encourage all guests to bring their personal yoga mats if possible. Each guest will receive a complimentary cool towel and fresh, house-made smoothie upon departure.
Partial proceeds from each pass bought will be donated to a different local charity every month, beginning with the Victoria Hospitals Foundation for May and the Indian Residential School Survivor Society in June.
