Begin your Monday mornings with a grounding oceanfront yoga experience on the garden terrace at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel.
Led by Sonja Foss — ERYT-500, founder of The Mindful Yoga School, and an experienced instructor with over 10 years of teaching and 10,000+ hours guiding students —Mindful Yoga is a modern, breath-led approach to yoga that gently helps the mind reconnect with the body through intentional movement, awareness, and presence. Rather than focusing on performance or aesthetics, this practice invites students to explore their natural mobility with curiosity and compassion — noticing where tension is held and using the breath to soften and release it over time.
*Classes run 8.00AM - 9.00AM and must be booked online in advance. Please bring a yoga mat, reusable water bottle, and comfortable attire suitable for the weather. Mat rentals are available if requested at booking.
**Classes are weather permitting. Attendees will be notified by 5:00pm the day prior should a class be cancelled.
