Join us for a restorative Fall Sound Bath in the Center at Oakencroft.
This one-hour session, led by Leslie of Sound Wellness Virginia, offers a chance to slow down, settle in, and make space for the quieter rhythm of the season. Leslie will guide you through the gentle resonance of sound to relax, release tension, and enjoy a moment of pause as we settle into the season ahead.
The sound bath will take place in the serene, light-filled Oakencroft Center. Please arrive about 10 mins prior to the start time to allow time to settle in and be present.
Afterward, linger awhile in the tasting room and enjoy a seasonal spritz, included with your ticket. Our full wine list and food menu will also be available for purchase.
