Some of the world's most extraordinary ingredients don't come from a farm. On Tuesday, July 21st, Chef Ian invites you to the table for a five-course exploration of the forest, celebrating ingredients and flavors that have always been there, waiting to be found.
Each course draws from the woodland pantry: mushrooms in their many forms, the rich depth of venison, and the delicate character of quail. This is a dinner that honors what the land offers.
