Join Casey Greybehl, Obsidian's Production Director and R&D Winemaker, for a guided exploration through a selection of our Rabbit Hole Wines, as well as other wines that he produces under his own label, Grenachista, as a means to taste our way down the rabbit hole of different processes and approaches that create the expressive, bright and fun wines that are now so popular. There will be a flight of all things sparkling, a flight of all things still, and a flight of fun and interesting wines that Casey is excited to share with us.
Held in our cellar just before harvest, this intimate two-hour experience includes a cheese and charcuterie platter, with Grenachista wines available for purchase following the tasting.
