AO is considered one of Japan's most coveted dining destinations, as reservations are booked out a year and a half in advance. Chef Kaneda's culinary style transcends genres, offering a progressive Japanese style of cooking - seamlessly blending the delicate sensibilities of Japanese technique with the structure of French cooking.
Signature dishes include his celebrated crab curry, inspired by his time at Gaggan, as well as a refined dessert shaped during his years at RyuGin.
Chef Odo and Chef Kaneda will work side-by-side to create a unique, one-time-only experience.
